It was established on 13.09.2019 by the decision of the scientific council.

1. General provisions

1.1 The "Internal Control and Ideological Issues" department, which is a structural unit of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, operates within the framework of the powers granted by this Regulation;

1.2 Department is a structural division within the university;

1.3 The department can be created and cancelled by order of the university rector;

1.4 The rector determines the structure of the department and the number of staff;

1.5 Department employees are appointed or dismissed by order of the rector;

1.6 The department establishes its responsibility based on the principles of legality, transparency and collegiality;

2. Directions of action;

a) Activities of the department in the field of internal control

2.1. Ensuring a unified approach to conducting internal control measures;

2.2 Determining the circumstances and causes of the defects found in the university's structures in the areas of activity, existing legal and practical problems, their elimination and providing practical methodical assistance;

2.3. Verification of the correctness of the incoming information about the deficiencies in the activities of the university's structures and individual employees and taking appropriate measures on the results;

2.4. To ensure that measures are taken in accordance with the legislation on the presentations, appeals, applications and complaints received from employees, state and non-state bodies, as well as other structures of the university about the activities or inactivity of the university's structures and individual employees;

2.5. Conducting inspections and conducting special investigations in the structural department of the university in order to ensure the implementation of tasks assigned to the department based on the instructions of the management;

2.6. Organization of control over the execution of tasks and instructions of the university management, as well as the organizational and administrative documents defined by legislation in a timely manner and at the appropriate level;

2.7. To take measures to collect and evaluateinformation on violation of the requirements of the professor-teacher and administrative staff of the university, normative legal acts, organizational-executive documents, to identify inconsistencies, eliminate the causes and conditions that cause violation of executive discipline, as well as bring them to appropriate disciplinary responsibility;

2.8. Conduct inspections to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the university's student dormitory and students from leaving the building after the specified hours;

b) Main activities of the department in the field of ideological work

2.9. Creation of an objective attitude in young people to the administrative-political, social events and achievements in our country;

2.10. Formation of national self-awareness and national pride, national thinking and national thinking;

2.11. Predominance of national-spiritual values, a healthy lifestyle, instilling respect for universal and multicultural values;

2.12. To realize measures for the youth to understand their position and responsibility in the society, to raise their intellectual level;

2.13. Organization of further improvement of citizenship and patriotism education of students, formation of socially active personality based on the ideology of statehood;

2.14. Instilling ideological-political and spiritual-moral education to young people;
