• He was born on August 7, 1991 in Baku.

Education:

• 2009-2013, studied at the Russian department of Baku State University majoring in "Sociology" (with honors).
• 2014-2016, got Master's degree specializing in "Social work" at the Russian department of BSU (with honors).
• 2017, was admitted to the doctoral program of the Department of Political Science and Sociology of the Faculty of International Relations and Economics of BSU.

2022, successfully defended his dissertation and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Political Sciences.

Military service:

• 2013-2014, completed active military service in the special military unit of Azerbaijan Armed Forces and was awarded the "Order of Honor" by the higher command for his high achievements in combat, social and political preparation and discipline during his service.

Work experience:

• 2012, worked as a researcher at the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• 2014-2015, worked in various fields in the private sector.
• Since November 2016, has been working as the assistant to the rector of ASPU.

Social activities:

• 2009-2014, worked as the chairman of the Student Youth Organization of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology at Baku State University.
• 2009-2014, volunteered as a coordinator of the Projects department of the Union of Student Youth Organizations of Azerbaijan, as an executive and leader of many local and international projects.
• 2010-2013, was the head of the team of Baku State University for SIFE (Students In Free Enterprises) (the winner of the Best Social Project nomination).
• 2013, worked as a member of the minister's assistant staff in the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• 2016, worked in the sector of ensuring the work of the First Vice President in the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan (on a public basis).
• is the deputy chairman of the regional council of educators of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP).
• 2018- 2021, was the chairman of the Youth Union of the Sabail district YAP organization.
• was the captain of the winning team of the summer school project for young leaders of the CIS countries organized by AR GIN and ATGTI.
• closely participated in the organization and holding of "Eurovision 2012 International Song Contest" and "Baku 2015 - I European Games".
• was a member of the organizing committee of the 3rd forum of brain centers of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
• I2009-2013, he won the "Best Student of the Year" nomination of BSU.
• February 2, 2018, was awarded the Order of Honor by the YAP leadership for his activities in the social and political life of the party.
• was the winner of "The Best of Azerbaijan 2019" for his achievements in the social and political field.
• In the national award competition held within the framework of the 650th anniversary of the great Azerbaijani poet and thinker Imadaddin Nasimi, he was selected as the laureate of the "Shams" National Award.
• 2021, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Free Trade Union of Azerbaijan Education Workers, he was awarded the "Jubilee Badge" by the decision of the ATIAHI Republican Committee for his services in the trade union movement.
