She was born on January 25, 1988 in Baku.
She got his general secondary education in Baku, Khatai district at secondary school No. 27 (1992-1997) and technical-humanitarian high school No. 147 (1999-2004), which was created on the initiative of academician Azad Mirzajanzadeh.
She studied for bachelor's degree at Azerbaijan Teachers Institute majoring the pedagogy and methodology of primary education (2004-2008), and for master's degree at Baku Slavic University majoring the pedagogic theory and history (2009-2011). She obtained master's degree with honors. She defended her master's thesis on the topic "The application of the credit system in higher schools as the main factor of student achievement". During her studies, she was awarded with the honorary title "Honorary graduate of BSU".
2012, graduated from the "Curriculum Development & Classroom Management" course at the University of California Los Angeles, UCLA Extension.
2011-2015, studied at the Baku Slavic University for a doctorate in general pedagogy, history of pedagogy and education (5804.01). She is working on the dissertation topic "Scientific-pedagogical basis of the management of the learning process with the application of innovations in high school".
2016, was a graduate of the scholarship program organized by the US State Department in the direction of "Preparation of textbooks and educational programs in the USA".
Since 2019, with a state scholarship from the Turkish government, she has been studying for a second doctoral degree in the field of education management at the Institute of Education (Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü) of the Bashkent University located in Ankara.
She started her career in 2008 as a head of the general department at the Education Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as a columnist in the "Education and Time" newspaper published by the council. In 2012, she was a researcher at the Curriculum Center at the Institute of Educational Problems, and the head of the working group on the subject "Life Knowledge" in primary classes. In 2013, she worked as a primary school teacher at Baku Modern School, in 2014 as a specialist, and later as a senior specialist at the Center for Innovations in Education at the Baku Pedagogical Staff Training and Retraining Institute. In 2015, she worked as the head of the Educational Innovation Center of the Institute for Professional Development of Education Workers, and in 2017, she worked as the head of the Psychological Service Department at the Institute of Education. She taught "Management of Education" and "History of Pedagogy" subjects at ASPU (2016) and ASPCSA (2018), respectively.
Since 2015, she has been working as a national coordinator of national and international assessment (PIRLS, PISA, TIMSS) studies at the Ministry of Education. USA, Hong Kong, Germany, Malta, Austria, Turkey, Georgia, and participated in international trainings and seminars in different countries.
She was the trainer of "Curriculum reform in general education and its management and application of the principles of ‘School is a child's friend’”, "Training of trainers for the new curriculum for primary classes and introduction to active learning" and "Teachers of trainers program for preschool education curriculum" organized by UNICEF in different years.
Since the 2015/2016 academic year, she has been the head of the "Project for the development of reading skills of Zardabi-primary school students". She was the winner of the Ministry of Education grant competition for development and innovation in education, "School inspection - assessment, control and development", "Fun mathematics - teaching mathematics in primary classes with new teaching methods", "Quality assessment at the general secondary education level", "International evaluation studies" (TIMSS, PISA, PIRLS), she was also the author and content expert in such projects as "developing students' reading and mathematical skills".
By the relevant order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev, dated June 25, 2021, she was appointed the vice-rector for strategic development issues of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University.
She is the author and editor of the educational materials "Evaluation of reading and comprehension skills at the primary education level", "Teaching and evaluation of mathematics based on simulation tasks", "Teacher's handbook: Class management", and a member of the editorial board of the "Preschool and elementary education" magazine.
By the decision of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 5, 2018, she was awarded the Honorary Order for her effective activities in the field of organization of PIRLS-2016 international research, conducting the pilot and main stages, and improving the position of Azerbaijan in the international ranking of reading skills.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and for effective scientific and pedagogical activity in the field of training of teaching staff, by the order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev No. 1535 dated December 29, 2021, she was awarded the badge "Advanced Education Worker of the Republic of Azerbaijan" .
